Spread across three sites in Leicestershire, Natural Elements Physiotherapy & Natural Health Clinics offers an array of treatments to help you move, look and feel better so you can ditch the painkillers and get back to those jobs and activities you've been missing out on.
At our main clinic in Groby we offer a full range of services from Physio to Acupuncture to massage and Reflexology.
Our bright and airy rooms as well as the upstairs studio and quiet room in Groby are also available for individual room rental.
Our clinic in Barrow Upon Soar offers Physio, Sports Therapy, Acupuncture & Deep Tissue / Sports Massage.
Desford clinic offers Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Acupuncture & Deep Tissue Massage.
Both day and evening appointments are available for all three sites, and online booking is quick and easy via our website (click on any of the Online Booking buttons on the individual pages)
** Insurance Scheme approved for most providers but we politely ask that each client checks with their own insurance provider BEFORE booking an appointment as policies can vary in their level of cover. Clients will be liable for any shortfalls in payments. **
Groby
Located just outside Leicester city in the village of Groby Natural Elements occupies the old Barclays Bank site, the clinic provides a wide range of treatments in a bright airy atmosphere including a small studio for Physio Led Pilates classes.
Ample free street parking is available and evening parking in the car park to the rear.

Located within Legacy Fitness private members gym our light, airy room is a great space with enough floor space for a small exercise area.
Treatments are provided by Physiotherapists Annie and Ross as well as our Sports and soft tissue therapist Rosie
Roadside parking is available and we have use of a small shared car park to the rear of the gym ( spaces at a premium ). As a polite notice may we please ask you to consider our neighbours when parking roadside as Brook Lane in particular can get very congested at busy times. Babbington Road is wider and parking there is less likely to pose a risk. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Treatment is provided by Physiotherapist Annie on Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons as well as Deep Tissue and Sports Massage Therapist Rosie on on Friday afternoon.
Evening appointments available by arrangement - please call for details.
The clinic is located within the building of Sport in Desford complex. Ample free car parking in the private onsite car park.
Upon arrival please head upstairs and follow the signs to the treatment room, near the dance studio.
Stairlift available - please ask for assistance when booking your appointment so our Physio can meet you to accompany you.
