Vouchers - Terms & Conditions

Vouchers are non-refundable.

Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers. Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without Natural Element's consent. Vouchers can be exchanged for services of a higher value on payment of the difference. When using a voucher no change will be given. This gift voucher is only good for a single transaction, any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher or service or product. The original voucher must be presented at reception at the time of your visit. Failure to present a valid voucher will results in full payment being required which will be refunded in full once an original voucher has been received. In the event of any dispute the decision of Natural Elements is final. Natural Elements reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Packages - Terms and conditions

The following applies to all packages


By purchasing the package, you irrevocably agree that, ) approves your application then this participant agreement (the "Agreement") automatically becomes a binding contract between you and Natural Elements Physiotherapy & Wellness (the "Company" or "we/us" ), and applies to your participation in the package.


You are acknowledging that you have read, agree to and accept all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.


You are responsible for full payment of fees for package option agreed.


You agree if you have opted to sign up for a package, no refund will be given for missed sessions, or sessions cancelled within 24 hours’ notice. This includes unforeseen circumstances including illness. The program is designed to give you consistency to make sure you achieve the best results possible 


You agree to give one months notice of termination of the agreement and this must be acknowledged by the Company minimum term 3 months, after this it will continue until you notify us with one months notice.


If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice this appointment will not be rescheduled. Cancellations made by us will be credited to your account.


You are responsible for booking in and attending your appointments. We advise booking your appointments in advance to secure your regular slot.


We are committed to providing all the package clients with a positive experience. By signing this agreement you agree that the Company may, its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the package without refund if you become aggressive, disruptive or difficult to work with.


By agreeing to a package you authorise us to use any footage (videos or pictures) or information about your successes that you share in our marketing materials unless you inform us not too.
