Annie qualified back in 1995 from the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham and started her career at Glenfield Hospital. She worked throughout the NHS Leicester and Coventry Hospitals whilst working in Private Practice and providing physio cover for swimming teams in Sheffield and Leicestershire.
Following a career break to bring up her children Annie returned to practice at LOROS Hospice with the Enablement team and private practice in Loughborough before opening Natural Elements in 2016.
She is a keen tennis fan ( although has less time to play these days ) and spends lots of time ferrying her kids to various climbing competions up and down the country.

Alex has worked in both NHS and Private Practice in Yorkshire, Buckinghamshire and Leicestershire since completing her Physiotherapy training in 2010 She is a keen gym bunny, a professional croupier and enjoys treating a range of musculo-skeletal conditions using acupuncture and deep oscillation therapy ( R )

Ross has extensive experience in the NHS and continues his work at University Hospitals of Leicester as a First Contact Practitioner. He has a keen interest in all musculoskeletal conditions especially sporting injuries in the lower limbs such as ACL and ankle injuries. He has also completed additional research posts.

Rosie graduated in 2016 from Cardiff Metropolitan University gaining a degree in Sports Conditioning, rehabilitation and massage. Rosie always had a keen interest in sport at a young age which encouraged her passion to helping people achieve their goals through different soft tissue treatment.

Her favourite treatment is the Indian Head Massage although she does a mean hot stone massage too.

Jo's interest in Reflexology and Holistic therapies started a long time ago but has only flourished into a career in the past seven years. Her scope of practice now includes using Functional Reflexology in a SEN school supporting autistic and atypical neural disorders and specialist massage for cancer patients.
At Natural Elements Jo uses her Reflexology, Holistic and Massage therapies to help relieve pain, improve sleep, ease stress and improve well being.

Wendi originally trained as a nurse working in acute and palliative care where she encountered holistic therapies and their uses supporting wellbeing. She retrained 7 years ago and has since been working providing holistic therapies to support wellbeing and health.
Her particular interest is in maternity & pregnancy reflexology helping soon-to-be mums cope with the stresses the huge changes pregnancy brings.
