Annie Rea

Annie qualified back in 1995 from the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham and started her career at Glenfield Hospital. She worked throughout the NHS in Leicester and Coventry Hospitals whilst and in Private Practice and providing physio cover for swimming clubs.
Following a career break Annie returned to practice at LOROS Hospice and private practice in Loughborough before opening Natural Elements in 2016.
She is a keen tennis fan ( although has less time to play these days ).

Alex Balc

Alex has worked in both NHS and Private Practice in Yorkshire, Buckinghamshire and Leicestershire since completing her Physiotherapy training in 2010 She is a keen gym bunny, a professional croupier and enjoys treating a range of musculo-skeletal conditions using acupuncture and deep oscillation therapy ( R )

Tom Randon

Tom has a robust background working in the NHS in Leicester Hospitals, As an active participant in various sporting events, including rugby, cycling, and long-distance running, Tom has first hand insight into how the body responds to different activities and how to best piece it back together again! He uses his own sports background to tailor each persons’ rehabilitation to their own fitness and health goals.

Ross Dixey

Ross has extensive experience in the NHS and continues his work at University Hospitals of Leicester as a First Contact Practitioner. He has a keen interest in all musculoskeletal conditions especially sporting injuries in the lower limbs such as ACL and ankle injuries. He has also completed additional research posts.

Rosie Rushin

Rosie graduated in 2016 from Cardiff Metropolitan University gaining a degree in Sports Conditioning, rehabilitation and massage. Rosie always had a keen interest in sport at a young age which encouraged her passion to helping people achieve their goals through different soft tissue treatment. Her main interest these days are four - legged ... her ever increasing spaniel pack who she competes with at national level

Euan Vallance

Euan has been an NHS Physio at most of the Leicester Hospitals - most recently at Glenfield based both in an outpatients and ward setting.
He also has an additional Sports Massage qualification and is currently training for long distance running events.

Jonathan ( JB ) Bott

JB is a keen runner himself and has years of experience as a running coach with both junior and adults athletics coaching. He is a personal fitness coach and sports massage therapist with a particular interest in training for running events such as half marathons, marathons or maybe just a wish to improve your overall fitness and get the most out of your body !

Jo Smith

Jo's interest in Reflexology and Holistic therapies started a long time ago but has only flourished into a career in the past seven years. Her scope of practice now includes using Functional Reflexology in a SEN school supporting autistic and atypical neural disorders and specialist massage for cancer patients and scar therapy.
At Natural Elements Jo uses her Reflexology, Holistic and Massage therapies to help relieve pain, improve sleep, ease stress and improve well being.
