Jo's interest in Reflexology and Holistic therapies started a long time ago but has only flourished into a career in recent years. She has used Reflexology in a SEN school supporting atypical neural disorders and specialist massage like Lymphatic Drainage Massage ( MLD ) and scar therapy for cancer patients at Together Against Cancer, LOROS and Rainbows hospices.
At Natural Elements, Jo uses combinations of her Reflexology, Holistic and Massage therapies to help relieve pain, improve wellbeing and sleep, and ease stress.
She is our Rudy pups' favourite person in the clinic, largely as he often persuades her to take him for a cheeky walk around the block with her at lunchtime
