Sports Therapist, Specialist Massage & Rehabilitation Therapist ( SMA )
Rosie graduated in 2016 from Cardiff Metropolitan University gaining a degree in Sports Conditioning, rehabilitation and massage. Rosie always had a keen interest in sport at a young age which encouraged her passion to helping people achieve their goals through different soft tissue treatment. As well as keeping us ' normal peeps ' mobile and active, she enjoys prepping folk for challenges such as charity walks, Hyrox competitions and various marathons.
Outside of work her main interest these days are four - legged ... her ever increasing spaniel pack who she competes with at national level. To support her super competitive canines Rosie is also training as a Canine Conditioning massage therapist enabling her to continue supporting both two legged AND four legged patients in their quest for better movement and comfort.
